Five years ago, when I was running my own startup, I worked long hours in un-ergonomic environments, drove in village roads on a bike and so on.
Naturally, two and half years of abusing the body had its toll on me in the form of spondolysis, back pain etc.
After several visits to the doctor, scans and possible hints by the doctor that I may need to undergo surgery, I chose to take charge in my own hands.
