Tip 14 – Gomukhasana
I have found it fairly difficult to observe a cow face in this asana – even in my wildest imagination, I have not been able to figure out!
That should not mean that this is not an effective asana, to help you expand your chest, breathe deeply.
This asana helps you to exercise your hands, upper back & shoulders.. Combined with Garudasana, this is very effective for keeping off computer related injuries /pains in the body!
